Nestled within the captivating Western Cape region of South Africa, their vineyards embrace the art of dry-land farming, cultivating grapes that exude unparalleled quality. Strategically positioned on south-west facing slopes, they are blessed with the caress of refreshing breezes from the nearby Atlantic Ocean, courtesy of the invigorating Benguela current. Bathed in these gentle gusts, our grapes flourish, nurtured by the deep soils composed of decomposed granite, enriched with clay and blessed with exceptional drainage.

Through an artful alchemy, their winemakers skillfully guide the transformation of these precious grapes. During the 14-day fermentation process, meticulously maintained at a cool 14-15°C, the grapes and their precious juice are treated with the utmost care, safeguarding against oxidation and preserving their vibrant fruitiness. A carefully orchestrated dance with the lees follows, as the wine rests for two months, absorbing their essence and bestowing upon it a tapestry of delightful complexities.

To preserve the wine's inherent character, the gentle process of dealcoholization ensues, employing the latest technology. Under the watchful eye of vacuum and the tender embrace of low temperatures, the wine surrenders its alcohol content while steadfastly retaining its distinctive body, mesmerizing colour, and captivating flavours.
