Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 -2 business days to process your order before shipping. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays both in Canada and the USA. Packages shipped within Canada do not require a signature for delivery. Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to PO Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Bottles are heavy to ship. We are pleased to offer shared competitive shipping costs within British Columbia at a flat rate of $10 per order, the remainder of Canada a flat rate of $20
and the USA $30 per order. All orders over $150 CAD, in Canada and the USA, qualify for free shipping. All rates are in CAD and subject to change. Please note any customs duties/taxes going to the USA are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery lead times are as follows:

  • Western Canada - 3-4 Business Days 
  • Eastern Canada - 5-7 Business Days 
  • USA: 3-10 Business Days

During checkout you will see the total price including taxes and shipping and handling charges, in Canadian Dollars, before you place your order. Your credit card, or other payment method, will be charged in Canadian Dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout. For our US Customers, any potential sales or custom duties, will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed at time of delivery.

General Shipping Information

Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from our fulfillment partners at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information.

We recommend that if products are shipped to your residential address, you make reasonable accommodations to be present at the time of arrival. This ensures the product arrives safely and securely. This is also recommended as a precaution to avoid doorstep thefts.

Sansorium offers non-alcoholic wine, beer, cider, spirits and mixers which may be susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March).

Our shipment and delivery providers take holidays, too. You can expect that we will not process or deliver shipments on statutory holidays. 

Order Tracking 

Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email including your tracking details and shipment status. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time scheduled please contact us at hello@sansorium.com
