Shipping rates are listed at checkout and are reflective of winter or summer rates due to weather conditions causing breakages.
Once you place your order, our processing time is next business day.
For Greater Vancouver: once your order is processed, delivery time is same or next day. For Lower Mainland and across BC: once your order is processed, delivery time is 2-3 business days.
For Rest of Canada: once your order is processed, delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from our fulfillment partners at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information.
We recommend that if products are shipped to your residential address, you make reasonable accommodations to be present at the time of arrival. This ensures the product arrives safely and securely. This is also recommended as a precaution to avoid doorstep thefts.
Sansorium offers non-alcoholic wine, beer, cider, spirits and mixers which may be susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March).
Our shipment and delivery providers take holidays, too. You can expect that we will not process or deliver shipments on statutory holidays.
