Over 70 years ago, when Italian immigrant Mario Trinchero left New York City for Napa Valley, with his young family in tow, no one could have predicted the unprecedented success that followed. From the world’s first-ever White Zinfandel to some of the most-sought after vineyards in Napa, and a global portfolio; the Trinchero Family Estates in inspiring American Dream story. Their technologically superior and delicate alcohol-removal process retains the acidity and fresh fruit flavours. Using revolutionary spinning cone technology, they gently extract and protect the varietal integrity, delicate aromas and flavours. The alcohol is then removed and the wine essences are re-introduced to the base grape must. The finished wine is aged in both French and American oak to impart additional complexity and texture.
