Please allow 1 -2 business days to process your order before shipping. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays in BC. Packages shipped within BC do not require a signature for delivery. Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to PO Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.
Bottles are heavy to ship and winter temperatures require expedited handling to prevent freezing and breakages. We take great care in getting you your packages as soon as possible. We are pleased to offer competitive shipping costs within British Columbia at the following rates:

During checkout you will see the total price including taxes and shipping and handling charges, in Canadian Dollars, before you place your order. Your credit card, or other payment method, will be charged in Canadian Dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout.
Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from our fulfillment partners at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information.
We recommend that if products are shipped to your residential address, you make reasonable accommodations to be present at the time of arrival. This ensures the product arrives safely and securely. This is also recommended as a precaution to avoid doorstep thefts.
Sansorium offers non-alcoholic wine, beer, cider, spirits and mixers which may be susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March).
Our shipment and delivery providers take holidays, too. You can expect that we will not process or deliver shipments on statutory holidays.
