Winemaking dates back to 1744 for the Leitz family in Rüdesheim, Germany. After a bomb destroyed their winery during the Second World War, Josef Leitz was forced to rebuild the small business to support his family. After some years, his grandson Johannes Leitz would eventually take over and build it into the conscious empire we see today, including a full-fledged alcohol-free collection aptly named, Eins Zwei Zero.

Dealcoholised wine, grape must, rectified concentrated grape must (or sucrose) sulphites. Sustainably grown.
