The Bodegas Torres family produces the 2017 Sangre de Toro 0.0 Blanco, an alcohol-free wine from the best moscatel of their 2017 vintage from Catalunya. Aged in stainless steel tanks for two weeks before removing the alcohol through spinning cone technology, resulting in a crisp wine with all the natural vitamins, antioxidants and minerals.
