The Bodegas Torres family produces the 2017 Sangre de Toro 0.0 Red, an alcohol-free wine from the best Shiraz/Syrah of their vintage from Catalunya. Aged in stainless steel tanks for two weeks before removing the alcohol through spinning cone technology, resulting in a well-preserved, bold and jammy palatte with all the natural vitamins, antioxidants and minerals as well.
