The Cipriani Bellini has almost a century of history. Giuseppe Cipriani, who founded the infamous Harry's Bar in Venice in 1931, crafted this cocktail to host delicate fruit notes with the sharp and tart taste of Prosecco. This zero-proof counterpart is best served chilled as an aperitif.
