Margarita Twist

Its famous for its sweet, sour and salty flavours. This simple recipe is perfect for a Friday night before going dancing.

Wet rim and salt
1 oz. Free Spirits Tequila
1/2 cup of Ice/crushed ice
1 oz. Wood Stove Cilantro Lime Mixer
1 sprig of mint for garnish
1 lime wedge/wheel

Aperol Spritz

A summertime Italian classic, now for those wish to imbibe without the alcohol. A golden sunset in a glass, this refreshing, sweet bittered cocktail is simply excellent.

1/2 cup of ice
1 oz. of Oddbird or Freixenet Prosecco
2/3 oz. of Lyre's Italian Aperol Spritz (depending on the size of glass)
1 orange peel wheel

Blueberry Lavender Crush

Wild lavender fields and blueberry vines inspired this cocktail. This cocktail is sweet and slightly floral, refreshing with a slightly tart finish. 

1/2 cup of crushed ice/ice
1 oz. of Wood Stove Blueberry Lavender Mixer
1 oz. of Free Spirits or Seedlip Gin
4 or 5 individual blueberries dropped in
1 clove of mint for garnish
1 lemon wedge

Grapefruit Rosemary Gin & Tonic

Rosemary and grapefruit were born for each other. It's tart and sweet, earthy and smooth. Together with a botanical gin, and light tonic, this cocktail is an afternoon delight. 

1/2 cup of ice
1 oz. of Wood Stove Grapefruit Rosemary Mixer
1 oz. of Free Spirits or Seedlip Gin
1 oz. of Harry's Mediterranean Tonic

1 sprig of rosemary for garnish

A great classic, originated in Louisville, Kentucky –– where Bourbon is famously crafted. Known for its sweet, tart and zesty finish, Lyre's American Malt and Bittermilk's No. 1 Bourbon bitters completes this cocktail.

1 oz. of Free Spirits Bourbon or Lyre’s American Malt 
2 oz of Bittermilk No. 1 Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Fashion
1 orange wheel for zest
