Shipping Policy Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery. Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories. Shipping Costs & Delivery We know that shipping bottles and liquid can be heavy and expensive. We’re thrilled to offer delivery rates across British Columbia for a flat rate of $10 per order in BC and $15 for the rest of Canada. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. Delivery lead times are as follows: Western Canada - 3-4 Business Days Eastern Canada - 5-7 Business Days During checkout, you will see the total price including taxes and shipping and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card or other payment method will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout. General Shipping Information Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from our fulfillment partners at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information. We recommend that if products are shipped to your residential address, you make reasonable accommodations to be present at the time of arrival. This ensures the product arrives safely and securely. This is also recommended as a precaution to avoid doorstep thefts. Sansorium offers non-alcoholic wine, beer, cider, spirits and mixers which may be susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March). Our shipment and delivery providers take holidays, too. You can expect that we will not process or deliver shipments on statutory holidays. Order Tracking Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email including your tracking details and shipment status.
