• Fill halfway with ice
• Add 1-2 shots of Lyre's Italian Spritz
• 2 shots of Prosecco (try Oddbird's Spumante Prosecco)
• Splash of lite tonic/soda water if needed
• Garnish with a twisted orange peel to enhance the orange flavours
